Any one using roller trainer?

My second day on rollers so I thought I’d add my two cents. Mirror is a must. My cheap plastic rollers are noisy. I get a lot of bouncing from my choppy pedal stroke compressing the tires. I tried front wheel on the single roller, and on the double. I prefer the double roller. I’m hoping my choppy pedal stroke will smooth out as I get some more time on the rollers. Of course my main reason for riding them is to get smooth. My first attempt in the garage I promptly crashed when I couldn't reach the ground (extra height on rollers!). That broke my shifter, dang it. Now I'm riding in a door way - when I get off balance I can stick out my elbows and steady myself on my fore arms until I get squared away again. My shaky video smooths out a little at the end when I started riding with one hand, and held the camera with the other.

That's pretty awesome you can ride your Cruzbike on the roller trainer with both front and back wheels. I never could balance well enough to have both wheels on the roller trainer. After I built a stand to mount the back side on, the new set up is working well. I use the Elite Arion smart trainer with TrainerRoad. I have learned to balance well enough that I don't need a mirror anymore. I like the roller trainer that it allows the front wheel to sway like real road versus locking up the front which irritates my knees.
