Hi Ken,
I'm definitely not local (Hamilton, Ontario) otherwise I'd be riding over to relieve your guilty dust collection.!. Let me know if you are unable to find a home for it and are willing to ship. I use a touring front bar bag for the same purpose. It works, but not as well as that.
