By vertical misalignment I mean it shows at the top and bottom as you sight from the front or rear and can't be midagated by adjusting the rear axile in the dropout. In other words when one wheel is plumb the other is off plumb and in my case it's nearly 2 degrees. The horizontal misalignment could be midagated at least partly by adjusting the rear axle in the dropout and could occur where the wheels are either in parrallel planes or not parallel planes.
