Best Stand/Position for Adjusting Rear Derailleur on Q45?

Am I the only one who finds it difficult to adjust the rear derailleur on the Q45 due to its position? My best solution so far is to hold the boom with my bike stand at its highest setting and support the rear wheel on a 5-gallon bucket to get the bike high enough to readily see the adjustment screws, but I still feel like I am working upside down and backwards. Anyone else have this issue and a solution?

I clamp my boom in my work stand. That way the rear wheel is on the garage floor and the front wheel is up in the air. It makes it easy to work on the derailleur, chain, tire, etc. I can also turn the pedals and shift gears.
