Bike question

I'm curious wether using 2 different sized tire/wheels on a conversion would be a good thing or a bad thing.
It would allow the back to be higher than the from or reversed it would allow a bigger drive tire. Does anyb ody have any thoughts on it.

As long as having two different sized tires doesn't bug you, the difference is mainly on the handling feel as it alters the head tube angle. Also have to consider gearing if going small on the front.
