Bottom bracket for 30 mm axle and 2016 V20

Hi Folks,
I would Like to run a Rotor Aldhu Crankset with 30 mm axle on my 2016 F20. This V20 generation hast the chainstay clamps on the bottom bracket cups, and normal 30 mm axle bottom brackets have 48 mm outer Diameter. The V20 clamps have 44 mm.
Ist there any possibility to get that combination running?
I like to switch to the Rotor Crankset, because I'm running Osymetric chainrings and Rotor offers the possibility to adjust the ovality angle.

Those old chainstay clamps work best with flat surfaces to grip. Maybe see if Cruzbike has any newer chainstays in the length you want, they grip the bb shell.
Otherwise find some flat BBs like:
I’ve used both.

Hi Mathew,

Are you sure the first one will fit with Rotor Aldhu cranks? The BB in the second link is not compatible to this crank.

Best regards
Alain

With my first V20 (2016) following @ratz build I used XD-15 sold by RealWorldCycling. The outer part was squared off allowing the chainstays to grip well. I'll admit that I later switched to the newer style chainstay so I can't confirm spacing with their current line-up.

Nice catch. You are correct in that the BBinfinite won't fit with the ALDHU Track cranks. They state:

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE ROTOR ALDHU TRACK CRANK SET. THE CRANK IS TOO NARROW AND WILL NOT FIT.

NOTE: WILL NOT work with any BB30-only cranks with short spindles, such as the Cannondale Si Hollowgram.

After confirming with Rotor via email, I used the Rotor BB paired to their 30mm ALDHU 3D+ when I switched to a SRAM 1X system (V20 with the newer style chainstay) later moving that system to my V20c using BBinfinite's T47.

BTW I enjoyed the ease of adjusting the angle of the chainring, running mine slightly retarded for less knee pain.

@Mathew Fy , can you measure the outer diameter of the rotor BB you use?
I also would like to switch to the Rotor crank to allow adjustment of oval chainrings.
