We like to build conversions with wheels not originally intended for the frames - 700c in 26" frames, 26" in 24" frames, etc.
The question always comes up - "How do I get the V-brakes to work with the [bigger - smaller] wheels?"

Inexpensive, not built like a big horseshoe bolted to the frame.
