Building a vendetta v20 from a shipping box

Hi all,
I recently purchased a v20 from one of the sellers on the forum. It was packed by a lbs and shipped to me. I assembled the basic stuff and now it looks like the picture below.
I have to assemble the gearing mechanism and chain. I think I know how to install the chain. But not the wiring for the gears.
Can someone please help if possible?
Attached also are pictures of the parts I have left and some of the hanging wires

The part on picture 6923 is to fasten the headrest, it goes inside the frame, under the seat, with the screw passing through a hole in the frame, and the clamps clutching the tubes of the headrest - which I see nowhere on your pictures…
You’ll find plenty of guidance in the manual available on the Vendetta page (bottom, Resources block).
The gearing cables are no different than any other bike, loads of videos on yt - or just go to your local shop or repair café.

I was able to secure the headrest. Still don’t know what 6921 is though.
6921 is the head rest clamps that hold the head rest bars securely inside the frame. When tightened properly they pinch the head rest bars against the frame and stop them from sliding in or out.

You need to disassemble the seat and fit 6923 inside the frame. The main beam has several holes on the top face to insert the clamps.
Insert the headrest tubes.
Insert 6923 closed in V shape under the tubes, slide in position where you can drive the screw through the frame and into the 6923 bolt hole.
Tighten the screw, the arms of the V clamp will expand and secure the tubes.

Sorry my Silvio is 500 miles away so cannot take a picture ^^

Here’s an original build

You have a newer chainstay, so you don’t need to route the front shift cable around the bottom bracket. The derailleur stalk has a pulley for that purpose.

So the black cable on the side is not needed?
Do I just do as in the following pic?

Image 6923 shows a part of the original scissor clamp to hold the headrest in place. It was replaced by the modified clamp designed by Jason Perez.
