I have been riding a Bachetta Carbon Aero 2 for the past few years and amconsidering upgrading to a faster lighter or more efficient recumbent. I have been looking at the Carbent and the Vendetta. I have been riding recumbents for almost 10 years and was a Cat 3 racer for over 20 years. I like to ride fast and am almost 60 years old. Am always looking for any help with equipment, Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated. Dr. Alan Bragman

Here's someone who is studying how he find the comparison of Vendetta to RWD bikes.

Vendetta is fast

Im 59 1/2 and have been riding the Vendetta since they were available. I can keep up with and frequently ride away from most of the younger riders on the road in my area. I ride 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 mph faster then I use to on a diamond frame. The level of comfort is the most noticeable quality. Allowing me to ride for 40 to 70 miles without break routinely. Absolutely no compromise in comfort. The front wheel drive allows for an upper body isometric workout and noticeable increase in chest and upper extremity muscle tone. I would recommend trying one, I can't ride enough. Dr. Marshall Cooperson, Napa, CA
