Buying for Cruz Bikes

Has anyone else had trouble trying to buy items from the Cruzbike shop? It seems like drawing teeth to get any information out of them. The photos on the site of the product are minimal at best and there are no details such as one would expect to find on an on-line shop, and when asking for more information all I get is a terse one liner and I have to keep asking for more information. Anyone know the trick to communicating with them to do this more efficiently?

Oh you should have seen the old store.

Your fastest bet is usually to ask here; there are a lot more of us; than CB employees. Pretty much everything is owned by people that are frequent the forums and they can tell both the good and the bad; as well as show photos. Full time staff at CB is small and Robert who has the authoritative answers is still busy doing full T50 builds and support. I'm guessing if you sneak up behind him and whispered T50 he probably flinches and ducks. PT-T50-D is in his future.
