The challenge that I see is the same with any bicycle to tricycle conversion, namely you are no longer able to lean to turn so your steering dynamics are significantly changed. On a
Bike, when turning, the stresses on the rear frame and axle are less because the lean keeps most of the forces vertical (with respect to the leaned plane of the bike) and directly on the wheel and axle, whereas on a
Trike, when turning, there is a side load to the wheels and frame that stresses the rear triangle and wheels more in the horizontal direction and also, depending on the centre of gravity of the load, adds a torsion (twisting) force to them as well.
Not impossible and based on your picture I am sure you can have a workable solution, but be aware.
