That is a VERY WELL packed bike!!!!
Can you please give us details of what is in each of the bags????

Ok, Above the front hub there are tools, pump, tube and some 2cm nylon strap to suspend the bike for repairs.
The bags system under the seat is for heavier items of food.
The long looking thing on the side of the seat is a camp stool and lightweight tripod. Same place other side are tent posts.
The blue thing just behind the seat is a blow up mattress. Same place other side is blowup pillow and thermal liner.
The little blue bag hanging off the top of the seat contains sun screen and trail mix.20201023_104121_resized.jpg

Can you give details about your drivetrain? It appears to be an internally geared hub, yes?

Rolhoff with 38tooth chain wheel. I've recently installed a chain tensioner so I can change the chain wheel (without varying the chain length)
I have Mikashima US-S Ezy detachable pedals and a Schwarz Chainrunner.

Great rear photo showing an aero placement of bags!!!

Ta mate, I need all the help I can get!
I'm not big on statistics but I'll give our fellow cyclists
some figures that may be of interest.
I weigh about 70kg
Bike is almost 16kg
Kit, food&water 14kg
So my 65 yo legs are pushing about 100kg along gravel roads on this trip.
It will come as no surprise that 60km, is a big day out for me.
500km over 10 days and wild camped 4 nights with 2 rest days.
