I wanted a small bag for my bike, and decided to make my own. I dont need to carry much, just a pump, patches, and emergency tools. I found this "cross body" bag at wal-mart. I think it was $15. I cut the strap and used a screw heated with a torch to punch holes in the strap for zip-ties.
