Update: Attempted using current seat as a mold. Not happy. Really don’t like the results- resin starvation, insufficient vacuum in bag for ply compaction, etc. So looks like I will need to make my own simplified 3d printed mold for the upper seat back section. On to the CAD work…..

Update: the new carbon/fiberglass seat back from a 3d printed mold. Some wrinkles in the carbon/fiberglass, but will be ok. On to the next steps.

How did the seat workout? I just bought a V20C from LarryOz and I am using the CB Wedge behind the upper section of the upgrade carbon seat. I'm looking for adjustable options.
