How to make my feet feel again. Therapy? Socks? Fairing? Anyone have solution? I've tried foot covers, shoe covers, wool socks, etc. Do I have to go to heated socks? Seems like my feet are literally our front getting the cold air first.

Some additional information about something that worked. Today was 32 degrees. For hands I used Bar Mitts plus lobster claw gloves plus hot pocket hand warmers from wal mart. After 10 miles we stopped for coffee. My hands are so warm I rode the rest of way without any gloves or warmers. Definitely a keeper Re: Bar Mitts. For feet, I had to covers plus neoprene boot. I had smart wool socks. In the shoe I included hot pocket referenced above. Worked like a charm.

Here’s how I fitted the bar mitts. I have bar end shifters which I usually shift with me pinky and ring finger.

I snowboard a little so I use a couple of pairs of snowboard socks. They are a bit thicker than most socks, but they also are long enough to almost reach my knees. I wear those in January and February when the temps are somewhere between 5C-10C, and since 1 of my pairs of shoes fit a bit more loose than the other, I use those more during Winter because they have enough room for the thicker socks. I also put a pair of neoprene toe covers over my MTB shoes with SPD pedals. The thick soles help a little a little more than my more aero and thinner soled road bike shoes. For my hands I bought a pair of Mont Bell neoprene gloves which work for +10C, but colder than that I put on an outer glove depending on how windy it is. They work well when I need access to my smart phone. It looks funny, but my snowboard gloves work like a charm for when the temps are below 10C.
