Compatibility issue Derailleur hanger SRAM RIVAL Axs d1

Hi everyone!
I had a quite odd problem with my brand new v20c. The rear derailleur alignement was off by about 1 cog and it was impossible to get a proper alignement with settings adjustment offered by the derailleur.

I've reached out to Cruzbike team on this subject and they advised me to mile down some material of the derailleur hanger. I am the first customer to report such issue. Following their advice, I removed 1mm of material on the derailleur handler to get a satisfying alignment. Now, I even think removing some additional 0.5mm because I'm still maxout on the settings. But it seems to work for now...

The group used is the SRAM Rival Axs d1 12v (first generation) and the wheel is the Fulcrum Racing 3 DB.

I will order two additional derailleur hanger in the future. One to be miled down if needed in case I brake mine and one if I change my rear derailleur. I just wait for my dealer to come back from vacation.

So I have some questions to the v20c users with Sram axs:
1) What is the microshift setting of your setup in the axs SRAM app ?
2) What combination of wheel and derailleur do you have ? What generation?

I found a similar case involving my groupset in this reddit post but for a polygon racing bike : https://www.reddit.com/r/bikewrench/comments/vusau5
