Try orange electrical tape

I use orange electrical tape which is a good match except very close up, and also protects against rubbing wear (cables).

Mustang Boss color...

... as I remember. Ford dealer may be able to supply, or a Ford-affiliated body shop. Also generic parts stores under the name "Duplicolor".
