Riding in the rain - how do you seal the top of the frame tube where the headrest tubes protrude?

How about popping through a Coles Express or BP Connect car wash nearby and see if water ends up wicking down the headrest tubes into the frame tube?

Rod - barely getting to 40F

Rod - barely getting to 40F and it has been raining and windy the last few days here in Michigan. I'm getting tired of it.

Lisa - Not the first HF bicycle frame but I believe it is the first <i>recumbent</i> HF frame.
