Diacompe Diatech headset specs

Can someone tell me exactly the Diacompe Diatech headset, which comes with the Q, specification/model?
I want to install one in my SR to be able to remove the steerer extension tube for easy packing when travelling.

Hard to find...

These have become very difficult to source. The one US stockist I had, Gaerlan Cycles of SF, has deleted this from their catalog.

There are other products that do the same thing.

The Problem Solvers Micro-Adjustable Headset Spacer,

does the same job in the same way, in conjunction with a standard threadless headset, and is readily available from multiple sources.
