Disc adaptor for Sofrider dropout?

Anyone have the measurements already for making a disc adaptor to bolt onto Sofrider dropout? Or an old adaptor that they don't need anymore?

Mine is a Sofrider 2. I think the dropouts never changed though.

Front wheel will take a standard adapter. You'll probably get one with your caliper kit.

I designed an adapter to mount a disc on the rear. It bolts to the two holes in the rear droput for fenders/racks, and requires a specific caliper mount to work with it. It's very simple and easy to make, using a drill press.

I'll see if I can dig up the drawing.
