How do you judge the seat height? Not too high??

Want some feedback on any foreseen issues with the front forks

Seat height to high, is it

Seat height to high, is it safe to say the bottom of the seat should be no higher than the wheels?

higher seats should be further back

Its safe to say the centre of mass should be enough behind the front tire contact patch to make an angle of 60 degrees. So higher seats need to be further back.

I am looking at this setup

I am looking at this setup for my conversion, what do you think of the seat position? Will the seat fitting work with the retangler frame sectuion. If you say ok I will order tomorrow.
