Donor bike with 27" wheels ?s

I have an older [very light weight] (17 lb) DF road bike that I no longer ride, which has 27" wheels . Is this a viable candidate for a cruzbike conversion kit?

The biggest concern is seat height. I believe Doug's recommendation is that it shouldn't be higher than inseam - 4".

Other than that, post pictures if you want a more "involved" response.
