Fenders on Q V3

I live in Seattle and commute by bicycle all year. Given our wet winters, I was looking at the Quest with its disc brakes. Can standard fenders be fitted on the Quest?

Someone has shown 700c tires

Someone has shown 700c tires on Quest V3. So with 26" tires, there should be room for fenders under the fork crown.

Q V3 559 front fork fender braze-ons

Does the new Quest V3 559 have braze-ons or threaded holes for fender stays at the end of the front fork legs?
