My friend BJ and I signed up for the 100-mile tour in the State games of America. The event takes place August 2, near Lincoln, Nebraska. We rode 100 km last year on the same bikes, for an all-time high for both of us. BJ rides a vintage Bianchi; mine is the Sofrider.
We've been going out on the course every couple of weeks and logging several dozen miles. Yesterday the weather was perfect, we were feeling strong, so we jumped the gun and rode the entire course a couple weeks early. Fourteen hours total time, 10.5 hours rolling, 103 total miles. Couldn't have done it without the Cruzbike.
