fixing a flat on a ride - how to position bike for removing wheel?

Hi all,

Any tips on how to position a Q45 when trying to take wheels off during a ride to fix a flat? I can't imagine flipping the bike upside down works like with a DF bike.

When I got a rear flat on my V20c at the park, after removing the wheel I rested the back of the frame on a park bench.. For a front flat I think I would set the bike down gently on it's side. I suppose if you have some rope you could suspend it from a tree.

Flipping the bike can work, depends on the headrest/seat and handlebars setup. It’s impossible to find balance (the rear tends to flop on the side) with the V1.0, it stands just fine with the S2.2 with bullhorns; no idea how the Q would fare.

Seems like a dry run is in order and some practice developing technique so as to not pop the assembly apart like in the 2nd half of that video.

I lay it on the opposite side of the derailleur. Sram derailleur with cage lock makes it a lot easier to change front wheel.
