Flammerougeracing on Zwift

Completed the 3rd of 10 stages today - brutal racing but very fun. A bit longer with more climbing than the usual ZRL or other race series.
After two stages I installed the mid foot cleat adapters on my shoes (crank brothers cleats) and I am very happy with the pedal stroke and comfort.
Today’s race was about 1 1/2 hrs with pretty good intensity. I’m sorry I waited to put these in service - shame on me!
