Front axle on V20c

What is the trick in sliding the front axle thru it took me over 45 minutes

Can't say I've had that issue. Thru axles do sometimes need a little wiggling to line everything up as they slide through, toward the threads waiting on the other side. Hopefully you are just on a minor learning curve, and it will get easier.

I'd have the bike in a stand, grease the axle and give it some back and forth, might need a bit of brute force as well.

Lots of aligning, wiggling and shaking… Didn't take me 45min, but longer than I liked.

Yeah a total pain in the butt…I changed the front tire at hime and holy moly what a mkssion to get that thru axle in…I can only imagine doing it on the road should i suffer a flat…

Like most things Cruzbike, even this assembly gets easier with practice.

Yes! After a few tries (flats and trasporting in a car) I am much more proficient at shaking just the right way and probing for the hole. XD
