Front wheel change is tough!

But if you use a SteerStopper with the front locked, it is MUCH easier to turn the bike upside down, and rest it on the handle bar end and the top of the seat.

SteerStopper!!!!! Perfect to stop the boom from flopping over and hitting adjacent objects/bicycles and makes wheel replacement easier. I guess I'd need the "universal fit receiver", for my Q45's frame.

I went with the braze on receiver, so I would not have a black plastic band around my lovely white frame!
And I was worried that the receiver might rotate.

I drilled a 9 mm hole in the frame and installed a M6 rivet nut using the rivet tool (M3 to M6), and had to finish off the rivetnut compression with a M6 bolt, nut and lubricated washer, to fully compress the rivet onto the frame.
