GPS and horn mount for curved slider

I've gotten annoyed with how my horn and GPS fit together on the handlebars of my S30, so I created a mount for the curved slider that can fit both in-line on top of slider, and screws into the top bottle-cage holes.

This is with the slider curving 'up' (or away from the rider).

Fabricated with a 3d printer.
All of the edges are smooth enough to hopefully ensure no accidental scrapes.

I may make a cover/faring for this in the future, but I'm out of resin for now, so can't do anything else 'till the new resin arrives!

Explanations of the pictures:
1) The prototypes, from left to right.
2+) The current final product, mounted on the bike with GPS and horn installed.

These type of things could also become a light mount for those older bikes (like mine) that don't have a light mount location at the front. @tiltmaniac What is the outside diameter of curved slider and of the cross bar (handlebar replacement) you have your GPS mounted to? I might be interested in one of your prototypes if they are comparable or workable.

I used an inch outer diameter for the cross-bar. The OD of the curved slider is 44mm.
If you tell me what the design constraints are I can probably make a model that any 3d printing shop can make for you that will work better than any of these prototypes!

This is the front end of my Q. Behind the left crank you can just see the helmet mount that is roughly velcroed onto the chain stays - but that location only allows for my helmet light and it has to be put in upside-down and then rotated level. This makes it harder to turn on, harder to remove, harder to tell if the battery is low, etc. I would love a mount in front of the bottom bracket with clearance to mount my usual light (Cygolite Metro or streak) or any other.

The boom just above the bottom bracket is 35mm outside diameter and the flat surface of the bottom bracket directly in front of it is 1/8th of an inch higher than the boom. (The picture is not level by the way.) I would love to have the light slide right onto the attachment rather than have to use their attachment and your designed one. Below the boom is a front shifter cable pulley to complicate things. The light can't be flush to the boom because the boom is not horizontal and the light shines 5-10 feet in front of the bike instead of 30'...

I'm probably not being very clear. Let me know what I can clarify.

Any chance of a better lit picture from a little farther back?
What is the OD of the BB-shell?
What kind of mount does your light want? Just a cross-bar? How much space is required between the cross-bar and the base holding it?

@benphyr ?

This one has better smoothed edges, and is slightly less weight.. not that I'm really trying to reduce the weight right now.
Rev 6 (for another S30 owner):

This is the "clear" resin from Formlabs.
Thanks!
That is a tough and strong material!!

I am looking into ASA?? or TPU filament 3D printed small bags to replace the nylon fabric 1.8L Fastback bags, with something slightly longer to actually fit a 350 mm long Topeak Morph Turbo Pump.

What 3D cad software did you use, and what slicer program, as I want to check if the printed bag is not too heavy

I have an FDM printer too, and I have some ASA for that, but it takes waaaaay longer to print stuff than the SLA printer.
I used Solid works as the cad program, and PreForm as the slicer. Note that slicing for an SLA printer is just different. If you make something solid it will assume you really mean that, where the slic3r stuff for the FDM printer will make an infill pattern.
