Probably best to go with Cruzbike's own, because they are 31.8 clamp, and the right grip diameter for mountain components.

I put the newer bars on my Q559 and I like the position, but the cables are now too short. When I get back from traveling, I plan to re cable it. I like the feel on my Q45.

Just in case you haven't experienced this, 'compressionless cable housings' are very nice. I use Jagwire Pro.
