C2, threaded dowell pin for steering tube clamp / down tube connector. It seems that the tube is tapped with the wrong thread, the screws supplied simply won't screw in. I made a temporary one out of Al tubing and cutting a thread with another bolt.
It is the pin that connects the pivot clamo to the slider, there are 2 in the kit but nither will accept the screw....
