How safe is a Quest going down hill

How safe is a Quest going down hill around 20-25 mph if you have to make a quick turns to avoid a object or pot hole?

It's more like can you pedal faster than 32 going down hill. It's a safe as any bike at that speed; you don't make quick turn at those speeds you lean; swerve and hope the shock soaks up most of the impact.
