how to stop wobbling

Move your whole boom assembly in 1 cm at a time. When you have it set mark it.

Reckon you’re over reaching. Your skills seem fine. If u can put it on a white line and have no more woh Nellie moments you are good.

The closer pedals will allow u greater low speed stability though any aero horizontal boom is always going to be a handful at walking speeds.

We all move about. Especially seemingly when videotaped from behind.

You've got lots to think about but another thing to throw in the pot is trying to keep your shoulder blades pinned to the seat. You should have a nice hand feather touch on the bars and the leg action / reaction is against the seat. Don't get too comfortable at this as you will go to sleep.

Oh well... funny. No one has ever told me that. They have said "getting a sun tan" though. So as it's getting hot remember to put the sun block on.

Any chance to test out the closer-pedals/shortened boom?
I'm anxious to hear if you see any improvements! :)

I'll be traveling for the next few weeks, so it will be a while until I can post new results. In any case, I'll make some adjustments and then ride them for a while before drawing any conclusions.
Thanks for all your input, it is very encouraging to get help like that :)

Good luck with adjusting. Mark up your boom first for base settings .Remember try whole assembly first so pedals and handlebar move closer by 1 cm . Then if that fails try leg length independently etc. small adjustments.
