So.....
Yeah I went around a corner and got lost in work.
Along the way I got fat. +50lbs
Now I'm on the way back -35lbs
After someone handed me a map

Prior to all the COVID stuff I was going to hold off on the bike training until I got all the way back down.

Now I'm considering a jump start because of this:

So If make a training plan and post a schedule; is that something people would like to drop in for. No one would be committing to the schedule and the plan other than me; up to 4 of you can drop in and join on the fly.

I haven't work out the logistics yet

Back in the saddle again.

+1 on your plan being duplicated in Zwift and a Discord channel to connect the two. I don’t know if that would even work but it sounds cool.

Yeah 50 was a wake up call; just getting out of the chair was brutal; one you start to lose the battle it's a slippery slope.
We did great things in the business just not sure was worth the toll it took. But that's the past.

Last Night I did get the bike operational and the Video group ride stuff setup and tested; pretty darn cool.

Now it just picking a schedule; I'm thinking of doing two endurance rides a week and one interval work out per week; that would be at set times.
Give 24 hours to noodle on that and I'll setup some stuff.

For the Zwifters yes you could do both at the same time. I don't currently have the gear here to do that but it can be done TR workout, audio, and video and VR + mileage in zwift. If I can get an ant+ dongle and reactivate (aka pay for) zwift that would be something that would be cool.

Right now I want to see if we can get these next level of just being social working; and build on it. Anyone want to do a hard workout against Jim or Maria and see who bails first ?

If anyone wants to play Tester with me let me know and we can setup some random test runs.

Ratz, I am glad you are back!!!!
And looking after your body, as you only have ONE!!!!
@ratz I guess you are losing your Ratz Pro ONE spare tire. You will start having to pack a Schwalbe with your tools for long rides. :D
Whenever I have added on the pounds I just consider it more of a bonus for my land missile downhill speeds. Hahaha
Missiles must go up before they come down. Hopefully you don’t blow up on the climb or the down will be much less enjoyable. :p
