Yeah, I know, big deal.

I had to take some time away from the boards. My little Cruzing partner has gone away to a six month youth challenge program. I had no idea how much I would miss her! Between moping around and watching the message board and website from her school for updates and pictures, I just haven't had the time or inclination to spend much time gabbing about bikes! Then, my youngest started into high school, so I've been pretty busy! I've kept my eye half on the Cruzbike board; enough to know there are some new Silvio riders up and coming! Congrats and looking forward to reading about your experiences.

I've still been riding quite a lot, though that has suffered a little. By the time I get good and warmed up Saturday, I will eclipse the 6000 mile mark for the year. Riding to work has helped keep me sane once again.

Things have settled down some, but I suspect I may still have a few days here and there where I can't check in or participate. Just know that I'm still cruzin' and I will jump in when I can!

Best to you all,

Mark

Great! I bet there are some untold stories just waiting to get out! Never know, next thing you'll be sindicated in your own blog. :)

Hey Mark,

I know how you feel. I'm taking my daughter back to college today (loaded her entire dorm room in the beast last night). I probably should be used to her being gone by now; she's a junior now, but it really doesn't work that way...

Welcome back, the spammers have missed you too...

I can probably come up with a story, or two.

We go up to see her in a few weeks. I have mixed emotions about that. As anxious as I am to see her, I fear the worst of the angst will return.
