I have an S40. While I haven't done enough riding to feel entirely "at home", I've done enough to think that the training I'm doing indoors on an upright doesn't quite translate to strength and endurance on the S40.
I bought a used Burley, which I'm mounting on my Wahoo Kickr. I see that I won't be able to get quite the same position (crank is about 2" lower relative to seat bottom than the S40).
Is that going to make much of a difference in terms of developing "recumbent legs"?
thanks
