Insatlling the front derailleur

I know many if not all of you know this one, but does anyone have a close-up photo of the Vendetta front derailleur installed?

For the life of me, I cannot get the thing mounted the way it needs to be. I'm well aware of the chain drive order - chain ring to following arm cog to main derailleur cog to gear cog and back up to the chain ring, but this thing doesn't want to go that way. A 'big' picture will help please.

Thanks.

Ken.

Tail bag

Hi Rick!
Beautiful bike and the Gold KMC really kicks it through the uprights!
About the rear bag. IS that a Bent-up cycles aero bag?
If so how does it compare to a bacchetta "brain-box"

Yes it is a Bent-Up aero bag.

Yes it is a Bent-Up aero bag. I owned and have used both. I personally like the look of the Bent-up, it has a more sleek and fast look to it. I need all of the help I can get, if I can't go fast, I at least want to look like can

! Keep in mind that the seat a custom install of a CF hard shell and not the stock seat.

Bent-Up Aero Bag

Rick,

I'm curious if you compared their Aero Recumbent Bag to their Recumbent Bag for size and volume when you were looking?

Bruce, I owned both of the

Bruce, I owned both of the BentUp bags the Aero and their Recumbent bag. The Recumbent bag is much bigger than the Aero. The Aero is more compact, but holds a lot. I ended up giving the non-aero bag away with the sell of my Metabike.

Adem-2 Headrest

Hey Rick- I'm looking at getting a headrest like yours,(ADEM-2?), for my Vendetta. I have the 'standard' Cruzbike seat, and the guy who sells them thought I would need the 'tall' version of the headrest. I'm concerned that it may flex too much... can you give me any guidance on that, even though you have a different seat?
Thanks!

Hi Ron - I'm not sure on

Hi Ron - I'm not sure on that. I can't remember off hand, but I believe it's been tried on a Silvio, which is basically the same seat. Can't say how well it worked out though.

At one point I had an interim mod to attach the ADEM neck rest to the existing head rest rail. I simply zip tied the ADEM slider mount to the rail. It worked out great for me at the time.

Here is a bad iPhone of the stock seat with ADEM attached to stock head rest rail.
