Interesting 700c conversion

Watch at the 12 second mark. Interesting conversion using a small frame or a women's bike. It appears the fork was not turned around. How does this affect performance?

I looks like a Softrider fork and front triangle.

At about 1min 40 the camera

At about 1min 40 the camera overtakes the bike. The rider doesn't seem to have any problem with the forks.

Definitely a Sofrider Fork

I think this is a good-looking conversion. It's sort of like one of Doug's creations, but not as refined-looking.

I don't think it's actually a Sofrider fork (there are no disc tabs and no suspension). But it's not a regular fork with a conversion kit. It looks like it's specially modified... Nice looking bike.

You would know better than me, but if it is a one-off, it is a good one. The are nice details like cable stops and what looks like clean welds.
