I'm not a Cruzbike owner (yet) and stalk these forums pretty frequently because of my interest in the V. One curiosity I've had is around fit on the V. I've heard from some people that taller people (over 6 feet) might have an issue fitting well on the V. I'm 6'3" so it is something I've wondered about. Of course the only way for me to know for sure is to buy one, but if I'm being perfectly honest, I just don't have the disposable income right now. Hopefully, that will change soon. In the meantime I continue to learn what I can. So if you are over 6 feet and own a V I would be curious to know your experience / opinion. Thanks.

I am 6'3". I have not had a problem fitting on the V20. I don't have a ton of miles since I only got mine in Feb (~250 miles). I am using the stock seat and stock headrest. Maybe will change one day to other options. I am also using the standard chainstay, which is not optimal for power or aerodynamics as it leaves the BB ~1" above the seat height (IIRC), which people say is a bit low.
Thanks. Interesting. Yea, I guess most stick bikes probably have the BB a bit higher. I didn't really even know that there were different chainstays for the V. I guess the standard one is probably easier to learn on. Just a guess.
I don't mean to derail my own topic here, but given that your a new owner, I would be very interested to hear your experience thus far. Specifically, what is your comfort level on the V so far? Have you seen an increase or decrease in your avg speed on rides? Can you coast at high speed on the V as easily as other bikes?

The V is my first racing recumbent. I am faster on it than anything else I have ridden (upright or recumbent), but that only makes sense given the geometry of the bike. I am pretty comfortable on it. I have gotten it up to about 38mph and it felt fine, and I can maneuver as well as I need to. Probably the trickiest turn I have to do is turn from a road onto a bike path that has a post in the middle, so 90 degree turn into a ~3' opening. I still need to be a little better at it, but I think that will come with time. Riding one handed works, but it is a little unstable. I can't even get close to no-hands though, so that is my eventually goal. I need to be able to raise both hands in victory as I finish a fondo / century ride. 
38 mph is faster than I've ever gone on my stick bike so I would say that is pretty awesome. I'm a little unstable as well one-handed, but no hands wouldn't even be possible for me. The leg steer with the V might make it possible. I look forward to your victory pic. Thanks again.

to be clear, 38 is going downhill. In the flat, maybe 33 mph.

After some practicing I guess I can ride no hands, as long as I'm not pedalling. At least for a few seconds at a time.
I don't know about others, but in my Class A group rides 33 mph isn't even attainable on the flats. Kudos to you if that's accurate! I would be screaming if I could get that fast.
Larry Oz doesn't seem to be breaking 30 mph on the flats during a race. Still, those speeds amaze me.

I’m 6ft 2 in and shrinking. Large chain stay. The new vendetta v20 model is much simpler to achieve individual fit. The V2 was not so simple to adjust.
The bike for me being slim with a virtual horizontal boom has room aplenty. Option curve slider if I needed more or invest in a gut.
Make no mistake the bike flys after a learning phase. You simply can’t beat aero and mbb fwd. on the flat 220 watts gets 40 klm / hr and no df can keep up even local a grade Sponsored cyclist got dropped. Though it nearly killed me. Lol.
My mates got a schlitter stick bike with tiller. He sits on top rather than in like you do the vendetta. The seat is lower on the vendetta.
I find stock set up very comfortable and can ride 16 hour days with no discomfort.
Buy one.

Oh yeah.... I had a DF hanging on my tail for about 4 km last year doing 41 kph. I was amazed. He couldn't do anything except staying in my draft. He didn't give up until the round about/circular.

That’s not keeping up David that’s wheel sucking suction max and then giving up.
The vendetta is simply not fair on most terrain to our cycling friends on dfs
