Is there a way to change ID photo

I tried deleting my current photo to add a new photo ID. First I deleted my current photo using the check box which worked well. But then, when I went to upload a new photo, the old photo reappeared. Any way to change photos? Thanks.

Usually this is a cache issue. Your local browser cache might be serving up y our old picture.
