Hello all,

I'm new to the forum and a newly 'hooked' Cruzbike wannabee. I tried an S40 a few days ago, and I'm ashamed to say I feel like I'm cheating on my ICE VTX, but, I am looking to get a gently used and much-loved V20 to do triathlons on. If you have one you'd like to sell, please let me know. It can be your ex's or your significant other has a bike-hoarding problem...I'd love to help you solve it!

Hi, welcome to the forum. I'm surprised you're looking for a V20 to race triathlons. Which triathlons permit recumbents?

Ah OK, didn't know that. I was under the impression they weren't permitted under any circumstances. I'm not in the US but guess it must be similar elsewhere. Thanks for the info and best of luck in your search.

Triathlon Australia have told me the same, just need a note from specialist doc saying why you can't compete on a DF. Not allowed to race in State champs or such events though.

Still looking for a V20. I've had several (I think actually just one guy, who tried multiple times) scam attempts with random photos etc off the web. Those losers were blocked I believe.

So, the search continues...Is anybody angry at the significant other for buying a new V20 when the old one is still perfectly good? Let's teach them a lesson and I'll take that old bike off their hands!
