It's raining

This is my I hope final clothing for rain:

• Highpoint Road runner 2.0 pants (https://www.highpoint.cz/en/produkty/mens/pants/waterproof-pants/road-runner-pants.html)
  • Czech made ultralight pants mady primary for running and as emergency pants
  • not elastic so pretty baggy and noisy, some strap on ancle is needed
  • I have tested it without rain, it breathes pretty well.
  • I will carry it with me all time for case of unexcepted rain. It can be puted on with shoes.
• Bontrager Velocis bib tights (https://www.trekbikes.com/gb/en_GB/...tormshell-bib-tights/p/12416/?colorCode=black)
  • will arrive this friday
  • should be bit elastic so more aero than Road runners, but not as packable and easy to put on as Road runners
  • I will use it for spring/autumn ride when rain is very likely.
• Endura Pro SL Shell jacket in blue/orange (https://www.endurasport.com/product/pro-sl-shell-jacket/)
  • not tested on a bike yet
  • fit is not super racey but also not baggy
  • has some practical parts - elastic cuffs on sleeves, zipper on back for access to jersey pockets

Your jacket cannot handle small pool of water?

That depends. Is keeping the water inside the jacket ' handling it?


The water was coming in from my hands. To be fair, I was basically riding through a thunderstorm, which included rain being driven so hard by the wind that the horizontal rain hitting my cheeks would bounce up behind my glasses, requiring one hand to be wiping the inside of the glasses at all times to be able to see.
