Got a strava comment on today's ride about someone I raced with in the past.



Hey I met a guy today named Nodair; he raced with you in the double century series in CA. He said “I saw Jason crushing it on that Vendetta and I figured I need to try it out for myself!” #ambassador

I'm a little jealous to hear he picked it up enough in a test ride to consider a purchase. Had I test ridden the V20 for an hour or even a whole day I would have laughed at the broken design and walked away.

I read about the MBB format and was not sure about it, so I got a conversion-kit as an experiment, because it was cheap. Relatively cheap, anyway. This is why the conversion-kit was a good idea. It was hard to get the hang of that thing - I think the donor was the wrong shape. But on the Silvio there was less of a learning-curve. The Silvio was easier than the conversion-kit.
