Just wanted to share my newly finished conversion Kit. The donor is a Kawasaki DX126 that I purchased from Amazon.com. Great price and no shipping and no sales tax. The only two pieces that I had to buy extra was an adapter for the headset and a piece of threaded metic rod due to the headset extension not being the same size as the headset adapter bolt. I have had a lot of fun putting this project together and recommend it for anyone that wants a good recumbent for half the price of a new one. As a long time rider of a LWB, USS, recumbent, this bike is the best! I would be happy to answer any questions so that more people can enjoy this style of bke.

Front forks
I was looking at the pictures of your conversion very nicely done, It does appear to me from the pictures that you have turned the front fork, front to back. Was this done for a particular reason? Secondly does anyone know what store in the Edmonton Alberta area would carry the Kawasaki bicycle brand?

Turning the forks around puts
Turning the forks around puts the legs behind where they were, creates space for the wider rear wheel. This is how the conversion kit is able to work.
