this is my first post, and fairly new to cruzbike..I have a Silvetta (Vendetta front end and Silvio 2.0 rear end) LOVE it, but am considering buying the warehouse sale on the new V20 frame kit...is there a market for selling everything I have ,except the components and wheels of my Silvetta? trying to get some $$ to put towards the new build..Sue

I was thinking for someone like I was... a little hesitant to go fully laid back with the v20 when I was just getting started in the Cruzbike world...now I know I can handle it...just happened to run across this combo when I was shopping..really don't know what a fair price would be...any suggestions out there?

Where did the rest of them go? Did you also build a "Vendio" from the rest of it?

I don't know...bought it used from a Cruz dealer in CA...I had a choice between a full Vendetta and this one...Same DI2 components, wheels and everything, but I was a little spooked to go with the full Vendetta..

Very interesting. I did not think the V front end was compatible with the Silvio. It gives you the rear suspension without the front suspension similar to the rare S30. Welcome to the forum.

This is basically a S30, the last iteration that had this rear suspension, but a rigid front end. They are sought after here, partly because they split the difference between the V20 and S40, and because only 100 S30s were made (or so I've heard). You could pitch this bike to potential buyers that way.

Not me. I buy the same color and keep my mouth shut...

I have both my S30 and a V20, and I love each one. The V20 is for going fast, long, and solo, while I use the S30 for more social rides and getting around town (putting a rack on it gave it lots of utility). If you can afford it, keep this bike and build up a V20 too.

I would expect Jond to buy the frame so he has better vision to see ALL those HUGE POTHOLES on NSW roads, especially after half of them have been under water for 6 weeks!!!

Hi, Sue, and welcome!

I thought I'd seen pictures of a Silvetta before. If this is the same one, it dates back to summer 2014, and was built by Steve (@scabinetguy).

yes...just the frame, seat, handlebars etc...basically, everything you would get with the frame kit from Cruzbike...looking to replace with new V20 frame kit...not sure what to ask, I guess I'm looking for a fair offer, or whatever...to make it worth it to me to make the change-over to full V20...Sue

If that V20 is calling you, go ahead and answer. You can always put a wedge behind your shoulders if you need a slightly more upright position.

Very cool - when you decide to sell it and get a V20, let me know - I love the coloring and I can easily stick an Auburn emblem over the Gator - WAR EAGLE!
