King Carbon Full Disc Wheel questions

Just purchased this wheel on the cruzbike website and i am looking for said specs. I am having trouble with my tubes. I blew up my first tube trying to get it to 110 psi. My second tube i got at 65 psi but the tyre is hard as a rock.

I have a stock tube (23/25mm) installed and vittoria corsa foldable tyres (25mm) on the rim.

Anybody else purchase these rims and have any installation issues?

And likewise, is your pump/gauge doing funky things because of the less space afforded by the disc wheel in comparison to a spoked wheel with no restrictions above the valve?
