Yes when I change platforms back to df heart rate for same wattage is higher and it takes two weeks to acclimate for benchmark metrics. Luckily I don't often change platforms

I hate changing platforms; why because Ratz has has lovingly told me "you're a clutz". Ok - I resemble that remark -
Probably because I try to do everything fast, like when I ride the V
- but it doesn't work to good when on the roof cleaning out the gutters or climbing or descending a ladder, or washing your fine china.
But I keep trying to maximize my efficiency with everything I do. Crazy me!!
