Light mount at botton bracket for Quest

The Quest doesn't have the tabs available on Silvio to mount a light support at the botton bracket.
Is there a way to addapt something to mount a light at Quest's bottom bracket?

I'd be interested to see how stable the Topeak attachment holds a light. I have a similar Topeak attachment for my water bottle on the handlebar stem, and it's pretty wobbly. I'm sure it costs less.

I use the T-cycle bracket on my Quest, except mounted just below the handlebars on the steering mast. It serves double duty by grouping the shift and brake cables together.

I'd be interested to see how stable the Topeak attachment holds a light. I have a similar Topeak attachment for my water bottle on the handlebar stem, and it's pretty wobbly. I'm sure it costs less.

I have the water bottle attachment hooked under the back of my Magnum seat. Took some work, but a rubber gasket and a lot of force got it to where it won't move even with a full bottle on the worst bone jarring potholes.
