If you're looking for new, Rose City Recumbents is just over the Wa border in Portland. I think they carry a full selection of Cruzbikes (and no sales tax in Oregon).
I'm in the process of buying a NIB Quest from them.
Not nearly as nice, but I have a Sofrider I will be selling once I have the Quest.
