I'm sure there is an official answer, but the stock Q rims should be tough enough to handle most things you want to throw at them. They are made to be able to handle touring so you should be good. The only thing stock rims are not going to be fine for are things you are unlikely to use the Q45 for: the extremes of DownHill / Freestyle giant jumps or super, super light weight, and therefore extremely pricey.
All that said though the research is showing that ideal inflation is lower than most people think it is. Maybe
@super slim can post up that chart again.
The stock Q45 tire is a 1.75" width. I see from Schwalbe website that the Marathon HS 420 range in tire width from 1.25" to 2".
32-559 (26 x 1.25)
40-559 (26 x 1.50)
47-559 (26 x 1.75)
50-559 (26 x 2.00)
Note that tire pressures on the side of tires are not the same thing as what is ideal for you depending on that depends on your weight, bike weight, rim width, roughness, sharpness type of ground you are riding over, etc. (And sidewall numbers are mainly there for legal reasons and probably based on a small fraction of the pressure required to blow them off of a very specific test rim in a laboratory). Check this video out if you are interested.
If you do get them, I'd sure be interested in a write up of your experiences with them.
